Welcome to LaunchMate. By using this platform you agree to these terms. Please read them.

1. What LaunchMate is

LaunchMate is a marketplace that connects startup founders with growth marketers. We provide the platform — we are not a party to any agreement made between founders and marketers.

2. Your account

You must sign in with Google or GitHub. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use LaunchMate.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
• Spam or harass other users
• Use the platform for anything illegal
• Scrape or automate access to the platform without permission

4. Content you post

You own what you post. By posting it, you give LaunchMate a licence to display it on the platform. We can remove any content that violates these terms.

5. No guarantees

We do not guarantee that you will find a match, close a deal, or achieve any particular outcome. Use the platform at your own risk.

6. Limitation of liability

LaunchMate is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the new terms.
